The B'ville Big Chill is a fundraiser for The Rotary Club of Baldwinsville and the Greater Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce (GBCC). Rotary supports children and families in Baldwinsville with scholarships, educational, and other social and community services. The GBCC provides resources and support to local business, offers a scholarship to high school students, and supports initiative to make Baldwinsville the best place to work, live, and play.

In its 17th year, the B’ville Big Chill is a winter celebration hosted by the Greater Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club of Baldwinsville that showcases our village and the wonderful people who live here.

Starting at noon in Mercer Park, teams of people plunge into the icy Seneca River, competing to raise money and receive cash awards for their favorite charities.

A heated tent houses the Best in Bowl competition; for just $5 per person, you can sample food from: Sal's Pizza & Restaurant, The Wood Restaurant & Golf Club, Angry Smokehouse, Suds Factory River Grill, San Miguel Mexican Bar & Grill, and Angry Garlic. If you get thirsty, WT Brews will be set up in the tent with beverages for sale.

Poker Bear Express Pub Crawl
4 to 8 pm, Saturday, January 27

Purchase a ticket for $10 and walk to participating bars to try to make a winning poker hand. The gest hand wins a cash prize! Anyone who visits more than five locations will be entered to win gift cards to one of the participating locations!

Put on your walking shoes/boots/flippers - there are nine locations to visit: Angry Garlic, Angry Smokehouse, Mohegan Manor, Pizza Man Pub, Sal's Pizza & Restaurant, Sammy Malone's, San Miguel Mexican Bar & Grill, Suds Factory River Grill, and WT Brews.

Want to take the plunge and possibly receive money for your favorite charity? Click the "Sign up for the Plunge!" button at the top right. You will then be prompted to sign up as an individual; then you can either create a new team, join an existing team, or remain an individual. Once you are signed up, you will be ready to start fundraising; we ask plungers raise at least $100 per person in order to jump in the river. The top three plunge teams earn cash prizes for the charity of their choice: 1st place - $2000, 2nd place - $1250, and 3rd place - $750.
